What do the scholars and muftis of the noble Shari’ah say regarding this matter; a non Muslim is interested in learning about Islam and wants me to give him a copy of the Qur’an. Is it permissible to give him the English translation of the Qur’an?

The best option would be for you to send him a PDF file of the English translation of the Qur’an which he or she can read on his computer, laptop, iPad etc.
